This notice describes the current email and phone enquiry routes for Vexonix Corp (“Vexonix”, “we”) and our AEG, AQUA and AVIA divisions. This website does not accept online form submissions or file uploads. Email links open your own email application; sending an email or placing a call is your choice.
Information we collect
- Contact details you choose to share by email or phone, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and preferred contact method.
- Project and property details you share with us, such as a site address, service needs, timing and relevant notes.
- Email attachments you choose to send, such as property photos or drawings. Please send only material you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
- Technical connection information, such as IP addresses and browser/request information that website hosting providers may process to deliver pages, maintain service and prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, assess your site or project, and prepare scopes, estimates and proposals.
- To plan safe operations (for example, checking airspace and site conditions for an address you provide).
- To maintain records of our correspondence and any resulting client work.
- To operate and protect the website and our business communications.
We do not sell personal information.
Consent
We use information you share with us to respond to your enquiry and manage the work you request. This website has no marketing mailing-list signup. You may contact us to ask about our use of your information or to withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal or contractual requirements.
Service providers and storage
We use website hosting and business email services, including Microsoft 365, to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Service providers may process or store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local law. Your own email and telephone providers also handle messages and calls you send.
Retention
Correspondence and project records are retained as needed to respond, manage resulting work and meet applicable legal, accounting and contractual requirements. Contact us with a request concerning the information you have shared.
Cookies and analytics
This public website does not load Google Analytics or advertising tracking, save enquiry-form drafts or collect campaign information through an online submission. External links, including social media, take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Email and telephone enquiries use the services involved in sending them; do not treat a normal email as a secure channel for highly sensitive information. Contact us to arrange an appropriate way to share material when needed.
Your rights
You may contact us to ask about, access or correct personal information you have shared, or request its deletion where applicable. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable requirements.
