1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of vexonixcorp.com (the “website”), operated by Vexonix Corp (“Vexonix”). By using the website you agree to them. Services from our AEG, AQUA and AVIA divisions are governed separately — see section 7.
2. Website content
Website content is provided for general information about Vexonix and its services. It is not a quotation, an offer capable of acceptance or professional advice. Service descriptions, availability and service areas may change. Demonstration datasets are identified as demonstrations.
3. Enquiries and submissions
Contacting us by email or phone does not create a contract or commit you to a service. Please share accurate information and only files you are entitled to send. This website does not accept online submissions or file uploads. Personal information is handled under our Privacy notice.
4. Intellectual property
The Vexonix, AEG, AQUA and AVIA names, logos and marks, and the website’s text, imagery, data samples and design, belong to Vexonix or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not reproduce, modify or use them commercially without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt it, sending spam or malicious material, or accessing data you are not authorized to access.
6. Links and third-party services
The website may link to third-party services (for example, social media or 3D viewers). Vexonix is not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Service engagements
Every Vexonix service is provided under the written proposal, scope and service agreement issued for that engagement, which set out deliverables, exclusions, scheduling, payment and cancellation terms. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement prevails. All flight operations are subject to the Canadian Aviation Regulations, airspace authorization, weather and site safety, and may be rescheduled for those reasons.
Unless specifically stated in writing and completed with appropriate licensed professionals, Vexonix deliverables are not legal land surveys, engineering certifications or substitutes for licensed inspection reports.
AQUA assessments and estimates are provided at no charge for standard properties within the normal service area. Unusually large, remote or complex properties may require separate assessment arrangements, confirmed in advance. Site, airspace and operating conditions determine whether aerial assessment is suitable. If conditions have materially changed before operations, the scope is reviewed and any changes are agreed before work proceeds.
AEG visual condition documentation is a separate deliverable, quoted per project: dated imagery, observations and reports of visible conditions. It is not an inspection, certification, building-envelope assessment or legal survey, and cannot show concealed conditions. Proposed documentation-credit programs are not part of this website’s offer.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Vexonix is not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the website’s general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
