What happens next

We read it properly. Photos or drawings help us give you a budget number sooner.
We scope the services. Condition documentation, cleaning, progress records, 360° or media — separately identified, coordinated as one project with one contact.
You receive one itemized proposal. Scope, exclusions, deliverables and price per package; optional packages you can add or leave.
Accept, arrange payment, schedule. Then the agreed deliverables by email or private file link, and the follow-up that fits the property.

Documentation is visual: dated imagery, observations and reports. It is not an inspection, certification, building-envelope assessment or legal survey, and it cannot show concealed conditions.
